Unusual natural striations in the rock on the shore at Carryingplace Cove.



Beautiful colors in the rocks.


This funny red plant grows among the shore rocks. I don't know what it is but will try to find out.


Rockweed floating just below the surface, soon to be bared by the lowering tide.


Low tide, rocky shore overlooking St. Croix Island near Calais. This is near the mouth of the St. Croix River.
